WASH, PEEL AND GRATE THE BEETS

I used a food processor to make an equal pieces of beets so they can dry at the same time. Place them on a tray and cover with parchment paper to avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Let it dry thoroughly, turn it here and there so all the pieces are dry.  It took 4 days to get a completely dry mixture.

Use a grinder, blender or food processor to grind the mixture into a powder. This takes some time, depending on the power of your grinder.
